How do I Return or Exchange an Order?Updated a year ago

To process your return request, please follow one of these options:

a. If you received damaged or incorrect items, send us a photo and a description of the issue and wait for our customer service team to respond.

b. If you want to return an item, you can get store credit for the full amount, including shipping, plus an extra 10% as a gift. Store credits never expire and make great gifts!

c. If you want to exchange for a different size or color, return the item and email us your preferred size or color. Once we receive the return, we will process the exchange.

Please remember to reply to the email with a photo of the returned item in brand-new condition and the tracking number. Ship the item to the address below, along with the RETURNS FORM.

Returned products must be in brand-new condition. If not, we will issue a store credit for the item's value.
