Can I Change or Cancel My Order?Updated a year ago

If your is already in progress, we cannot change or cancel it. This is because everything we sell is printed on demand especially for you at the time that you order.  Your order is in production, along with thousands of other items, and we cannot pull individual items out of the production line which then goes immediately to shipping. 

If you are no longer interested in receiving the item(s), please refuse delivery by writing "REFUSED" on the outside of the unopened package and have it sent back to us as a Return to Sender Package.  It will be treated as a regular return, and you may choose a store credit or a refund.  

Both store credit and refund amounts will not include the shipping amount originally paid to receive the product. 

There is a $5 restocking fee per item for returns.  This fee is waived if you want a store credit, but will be deducted from refund amounts.
